Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the Kit-Cat Klock securely in its original box, including all accessories and the pendulum, to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our workshop inspects the returned clock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
